Not for:
page.TCEFORM.tt_content.pi_flexform.menu_pages.general.menuLayout.removeItems = anything

It works for PageTSConfig:
TCEFORM.tt_content.pi_flexform.menu_pages.general.menuLayout.removeItems = anything
Not for UserTSConfig:
page.TCEFORM.tt_content.pi_flexform.menu_pages.general.menuLayout.removeItems = anything
