Hello,
some of your clients experienced, that the emails arrive multiple times.
We investigated the case and found that the E-Mails are most likely to be sent again, by submitting the form again.
It is most likely that users of the website are misusing the browser tabs as Bookmarks. If they get back to tab they might ignore the "Post send" warning.
The mails are having the same content, besides the actual timestamp.
