TYPO3 Core

At the current project I've 4 sites in one instance and each site has the default pages and folders for news, contacts, downloads and addresses.

There are many backend users with own rights. Some should have access and rights to a full site and some only to e.g contacts for this site.

So I've created 2 backend groups for each subject. access and rights. Access has a mount point for the e.g folder and rights has the rights to change the content.

For Example:
"Access News" -> Mountpoint for the news folder,
"Rights: News" -> the rights for creating, editing news objects.
"Access Site X" -> Mountpoint for the full site. (Editor should be able to access/change all content, news etc.!)

In the Access Module the site is owned by group "Access Site X" and the News folder of this page is owned by "Access News".

For the users who are responsible only for News it works fine. But if a user should have access to the full site and if it has only the group "Access Site X" there are no news folder in his PageTree, because of the access rights to another group. So I've added the group "Access News" and than in PageTree there are the folders for News twice. One as subpage of the world-icon (rootpage) and than as another item for the mountpoint of group "Access News".

Am I wrong or is this a "strange" behave of TYPO3/Pagetree/whatever?
