If an editor made changes to After editing a content element record in the backend, clicking the *Close* should button used to show a modal asking whether they want the user wants to close with or without saving. In TYPO3 v12 however, this is no longer the case when only the content of a RTE (ckeditor 5) was changed. In this case, and clicking the *Close* button always closes the form without saving. I have verified this behaviour on _12.2.0_ and _12.3.0_.
