After the change of https://forge.typo3.org/issues/97922 in the mount points config you can not select the root folder from the corresponding file storage anymore.
This was possible with Typo3 v11 and lower.
See beneath a screenshot from the current situation where it's not possible anymore to select the top "/" path -- you *have to* choose a subfolder now.
