The "new" mailto link decryption is not working for a manipulated DOM anymore since it's only been executed once on the "load" event. See "default_frontend.js":https://github.com/TYPO3/typo3/blob/main/typo3/sysext/frontend/Resources/Public/JavaScript/default_frontend.js
We've got an asynchronously loaded part of the website that contains encrypted mailto links that are not handled at all.
