With EXT:form you can maintain forms. An overlay opens to create a new form. This does not correspond optically to the overlays of the core and should be optically adjusted.
ToDos:
* color modal-header black
* progress bar should contain content like "Step 1 of 4"
* action button: orange color
* other buttons: default / light grey color
