In TYPO3 backend the description (title) of the "Access" module with title "Access" is "Page editing permission". The Route path in the URI is module/system/permissions and the title of the page is "Permissions". To unify the naming, the title in the module list also needs to be adjusted to "Permissions" instead of "Access".
