Description
Though having deactivated the (imho obtrusive and annoying) new CSH in the user's settings, they keep being displayed.

@Jigal van Hemert van Hemert: You're right. It's a bit difficult to keep track of the right place for bugs, if one is not directly involved in the development.

as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
