Configuration option em_mirrorListURL is still present in the core though it is not used any more

Description

a search for string "em_mirrorListURL" reveals:

TYPO3 6.0.5: ./t3lib/stddb/DefaultConfiguration.php
TYPO3 6.1.0: ./typo3/sysext/core/Configuration/DefaultConfiguration.php

so the old configuration options are still there but they are not used
anywhere in the code.

Could you please remove the lines

'EXT' => array( // Options related to the Extension Management
...
                'em_mirrorListURL' => 'http://repositories.typo3.org/mirrors.xml.gz',           // Allows to preset the URL for fetching the extension repository mirror list from. Used in the Extension Manager.

As I said in the newsgroup: I`d rather see this option re-activated as the em_mirrorListURL is a global option that is easier to deploy than the new module.tx_extensionmanager.settings.repositoryUid option.
