Add Piwik PRO debug mode url param to cacheHash excluded parameters

Description
Hello everyone,
when using the debug action in the Piwik PRO tag manager dashboard TYPO3 does not allow the url param "_stg_debug" in the Default Configuration. It is helpful if TYPO3 allows this URL param out-of-the-box, so the debug mode is working by default.
