Description

With Breaking: #96812 less and less TypoScript is needed in the backend.

The Backend module still uses it for registering additional yamlConfigurations.

Example is evoweb/recaptcha

I cant replace the ExtensionManagementUtility::addTypoScriptSetup() in ext_localconf.php with Page.tsconfig, because then the additional form element doesn't get registered anymore.
