After upgrading to TYPO3 11.5 LTS, I get the following error message when I click on the backend module "Template":
503 Oops, an error occurred! PHP Warning: Undefined array key "ts_browser_toplevel_const" in /var/www/clients/client1/web43/web/releases/18/private/typo3/sysext/tstemplate/Classes/Controller/TypoScriptTemplateObjectBrowserModuleFunctionController.php line 328
Resetting the configuration / clearing the temporary data in the user settings resolves the error.

I can't reproduce this issue and in v12 this has been completly rewritten, therefore I am closing this issue
