Description
URLs with ?ADMCMD_prev parameter should not be cached.
To reproduce:
1. Make sure caching is activated.
2. Clear the cache.
3. In the draft environment make some changes on an already existing page e.g. edit a text.
4. Create a preview link like ..../?ADMCMD_prev....
5. Call the preview link with a browser where you are not logged into TYPO3.
6. Call the URL with another browser where you are also not logged in without the ?ADMCMD_prev parameter - You will get the Workspace version, not the live version.
I've tested this also with TYPO3 Version 10 where it worked as it should, in 12.4.8 not.
