Description
Most of the toggle buttons widely used in the TYPO3 backend do not have a meaningful <label> associated to the toggle itself.
For accessibility reasons the form controls should have a label.
Some of the missing labels existed before and must have been dropped while switching the controls from classic checkboxes to the toggle buttons.
To improve the accessibility of the backend, the toggle buttons should have a proper label aswell.
