Image cropper preset buttons not usable with keyboard

Description
The preset buttons for the predefined aspect ratios don't have a visible focus state when navigating with the keyboard using the tab key. Additionally, the buttons can not be triggered with the return key (only space works) and some wierd behaviour causes, that each button is only usable once.
