No clear deprecation of page tree navigation component

Description
In TYPO3 v12, the page tree navigation component is called `@typo3/backend/page-tree/page-tree-element`, whereas in TYPO3 v13.1 it was replaced with
`@typo3/backend/tree/page-tree-element`. This is not documented and needs to be handled with a smooth migration.
