Reduce GU::makeInstance usage in functional tests

Description
Additional potential functionality (XClass resolving, etc.) of
GU::makeInstance is usually not a wanted behaviour in functional tests.
Instead, use $this->get() from the FunctionalTestClass to get hold of services.
