Description
Here's how you can reproduce the issue:
In a workspace, create some elements and publish the page.
In the workspace, move the element above or below another element, or to another column.
Using the RTE, create an anchor link to the moved element: you will notice that the moved element appears twice!
Important: It is crucial to be able to create an anchor link to the element using the UID from the LIVE environment. Otherwise, when the page is published, the UID changes, and the anchors will be incorrect.
