Deprecate EMU::addPiFlexFormValue for list_types

if EMU::addPiFlexFormValue() is used with the first parameter set to a value != '*' the flexform is registered for a plugin in a list_type.
Since they are deprecated now this combination should also be deprecated and removed with TYPO3 14.
