Description

We received reports that integrators are confused that not typoscript includes are available (because they are not educated by TYPO3 that site sets are to be uses)

An integrator who creates a new site should be guided to use site sets instead of TypoScript records if possible.

An idea would be to add a info message/tile to the edit-typoscript-record overview that is displayed when a site has to sys_template record assigned yet:

Also the "Include TypoScript sets" select box could educate the use to look for site sets instead of TypoScript sets:
