Description

The text of the 3.5 feature clear extension cache has changed to "Clear temp_CACHED" which sounds strange in my humble Opinion

only english backends are affected
(issue imported from #M25)

OK so what is your suggestion? Would "Clear cache in typo3conf/" be ok?

Final suggestions are:

- Clear cache in typo3conf/
- Clear FE cache

There were some other suggestions but all of them had some other problems, so I'd go for this one or leave it (unclear) as it is.

New labels are "Clear cache in typo3conf/" and "Clear FE cache".
