Description

Since Typo3 3.6.0, HTML Entitites in Headers fail to work, e.g. the entity "& #8230 ;" get displayed as an ampersand, hash, 8230, semicolon instead of just an ellipse. This makes it hard to enter some characters that are not directly accessibility via the keyboard.

This is a wanted behaviour of TYPO3 3.6+. However, if you would like to have this changed, I suggest that you start a discussion in the TYPO3 developers list (typo3-dev).

I will close this bug for now.
