RTE Modify link does not work with external link to same homepage

Description
I have copy and pasted an anchor tag <A http="...">text</A> to the rich editor which worked fine. However it has added the typo3 name to the url.: http://fholzinger.com/typo3/deu/Personal/textpersonal/profil_holzinger.pdf
The real name would have been http://fholzinger.com/deu/Personal/textpersonal/profil_holzinger.pdf
When I now rightclick with the right mouse bottom 'Modify link' it cannot be changed to the name I wanted.
This happens on a text/image content element.

When I click 'Modify link' in the Rich Text editor, change the external link to the value which is on the same homepage, it always adds the path element 'typo3'. This is the subfolder, where all the typo3 (from dummy3.6) is stored. So dumm3.6 has beend renamed to typo3.

3.6.1 is no longer maintained
