Description

after installing typo3 3.7.0 all folders and files in my fileadmin have the red "RW"-flag set. so it seems to be read- and write-protected, but i can change, read and delete them. this seems to be set worng somewhere.

this is no bug. The red icon "RW" tells you that you are allowed to read and write those files. A red "R" means that it is allowed to read but not to write the file or folder.
