indexed_search doesn't finds words with diacritic if set forceChars

Description

I've converted to utf-8 and searching of words with diacritics stopped working. Words without diacritics are find with no problems.
This problem occured if I've upgraded from typo 3.5.0 to typo 3.6.2 and presists in typo 3.7.0

Install typo 3.5.0, upgrade to typo 3.6.2 or typo 3.7.0, index page with diacritics, try to search word which contains letters with diacritics.

Thanks. I think this is solved in 3.8.0 since it uses t3lib_cs now.
Otherwise, please reopen.
