Suggestion : move up the window's properties in file browser

Description
As we have to choose the properties (open in you window or other thing) before choosing the file or the page of a link, maybe the window's properties can be bring to the top because when you have a lot have file or page, it's easy to forget to change it before making your choice. And now that the alt text and the title have a default value that must be change, I thing that this way, the chance to not miss this part will be much more easy

Fixed in TYPO3core CVS, branch HEAD and in TER version 1.4.0.

I get those errors when I try to open the link popup window.

Version 1.4.0 requires TYPO3 4.0.
