Since I have updated to 3.8.0, some of the javascripts that should go into the <head> section mysteriously end up in the <body> section and without the surrounding <script> tags.
At first I thought this was an issue with tidy or xhtml_cleaning = all, but switching them off still reproduces the same behavior. Example can be found at http://www.rr269.de/

OKay, stupid me:
It was a problem with tidy, after all: Tidy interpreted a malformed <meta> as the end of the <head> section.
What remains strange however, is, that the behavior also occured when I switched off tidy in the installer. Yes, I did clear the cache.
Never mind, you can close this bug.
