More options below the page tree.

Description
For now under the page tree we have only 1 option - "Reload the tree from server".
It would be nice to have few more like:
- new page
- new content element
- show.
All of above should be applied to current page. If there is no pages - it would be possible to create 1st one with this method.
More or less the same idea as with new BE users (described at #14442)
(issue imported from #M1651)
this is no bug... the same features are available everywhere else, we don't need another retundancy in my point of view. it doesn't give us any usability improvement.

thnx for looking at, Sebastian
sure it isn't a bug. but do not agree that "same features are available everywhere else".
Imagine you have newly installed fresh dummy site with no pages at the page tree. the only way to create 1st page is clickmenu. so, if you have
options.pageTree.disableIconLinkToContextmenu=1
in your TSconfig - there is no way for you at all to create 1st page.
I think it is much easier just to click at "new page". It's the same idea as with BE-users creation - much easier to have button then using click-menu and wizard.
you have a point with options.pageTree.disableIconLinkToContextmenu=1 ... anyways, maybe these buttons will confuse some users. I don't know. Any opinions from other people?

i support Kirill
suggestion: let's make these buttons visible if corresponding flag checked.
but if options.pageTree.disableIconLinkToContextmenu=1 these text buttons should be visible anyway.
If you think it could confuse someone, what about making it configurable via user's TSconf with default to off (at least)?
Hi,
I talked to some other people, and they all said that this would confuse users even more... Maybe, if you want such a feature, implement it as an x-class extension.
