use tt_content.pi_flexform.display_mode instead of CODE field in Plugin content

Description

When you see an extension in the PAGE Module you get listed:
Extension: Myext
CODE: MYCODE

However it is recommended to use Flexforms now instead of the CODE-Field.
So I would like that here all selected display modes for the extensions are listed. (tt_content.pi_flexform.display_mode) The CODE field should not be shown any more after a while.
