Error on Template Update

Description
TYPO3_VERSION: 4.0beta1
PHP_VERSION : 4.3.4
4.0beta1: USED > typo3_src-4.0beta1b.tar.gz
Indexed Search Engine: indexed_search v2.1.3
Everytime I change something in the template section (constant editor, info/modify, etc.) and click update. I get the following error:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /srv/www/typo3_src-4.0beta1/typo3/sysext/indexed_search/class.crawler.php on line 768
Is 4.0beta HAVE to be installed with Indexed Search Engine v3.0 ONLY?

Hi,
do you have an indexing configuration enabled?
It is quite easy to fix the bug, but this doesn't get us to the root of the problem (if there is one).
It works here without any problems...

I did un-install and re-install indexed_search and it had to do some updates to the tables after which the error (more just a message) disapeared.
Yes, I have Indexing Configuration enabled in setup, but since my test server is not the best installed machine it could have been a machine specific issue.
Of course it is I just wanted to make sure other's didn't have the same problem : )

Should probably close this since it wasn't really a bug. I'll report again if I can reproduce : )
