Description

If the config variable $TYPO3_CONF_VARS["BE"]["lockSSL"] is set to '1' or '2', it is not possible anymore to reach the Template Tool. In case of '1', an error message shows up, that the protocoll HTTP is not allowed. In case of '2', the complete Typo3 user-interface is repeated in the details frame.

If the variable is set to '0', the Template Tool is reachable. But if the user has logged in through HTTPS, the browser shows warning messages, that one frame contains unsecured content.

The issue is reproducable with 3.8.0 and 3.8.1.

Not reproducable in 4.2.0

Hm, I could not reproduce the mentioned behaviour - but with https I cannot open the install tool. Seems like the cookie does not get set on FF2.

Ooops, my fault. Tested all cases again with TYPO3 4.2.1 and could not reproduce.
