Description

The table properties are not shown since 1.1.0. Only the description part is there. You have to add "RTE.default.disableAlignmentFieldsetInTableOperations = 0" and the other new options to your Page TSConfig, then it'll work again.
It's actually not an error, the documentation just says it's 0 by default, which seems to be not the case.

If you use the "Typical" default configuration settings, only the description and CSS styling field sets will be shown by default. But you can override.

If you use the "Demo" default configuration settings, all field sets will be shown.
