Description
Everytime I try to connect, I have this warning :

And I can't connect to Online Repository
Apache/2.0.40 (Red Hat Linux 9)
Php 4.2.2
MySQL 3.23.58
httpd.conf is pointing on var/www/http/subfolder/

Well, the connect fails on PHP (system) level.So this is most probably not a bug in TYPO3. Check that you have fopen wrappers enabled (i.e. fopen is allowed to fetch content using HTTP).
