Description
When editing template, in "Include basis template" section, when you click on the icon in front of the template name, it opens context menu providing options: "New", "Cut", "More options"...
But, there is no "Edit" option which existed in TYPO 3.8!
It is very annoying without it, it should be there.

The same problem persists in v4 beta 3.
This is annoying lack of feature.

If I understand it right,
I can not confirm this for 4.1 and 4.2.
See screenshot. The edit option is there and works.
