Description
Tested on Beta3. Works fine on Beta2 though.
1. Created a ce in DRAFT workspace
2. Published ce through versioning
3. Delete ce (placeholder is created - Marked "DELETED!")
4. Published ce through versioning (versioning shows placeholder is gone)
5. ce is still on the page without being marked "DELETED!"
