Description
All submodules (like Page, Filelist, User Admin, etc) are highlighted on mouse over, but admin functions ("Clear cache in typo3conf/" and "Clear FE cache") aren't.
At old default skin highlighting for submodules and admin functions is the same.

If someone is interested, this issue has been fixed in extension t3skin_improved:

This is not the place to discuss it, you could use feedback form at typo3.org for that.

There won't be any more changes to the t3skin of branch 4.1 and 4.2 will have a different layout for the admin functions anyway.
