Description
after installing typo3 version 4.0 in linux. after importing the dump in to the database as per the installation. after logging in to the backend interface with admin as user name and password. when i try to create a admin menu or creat a backend user i get a blank page displayed..
Do i have to configure the install tool properly????

Activate error logging in the install tool or in php.ini.
; error displaying on production web sites.
log_errors = On
; Log errors to specified file.
error_log = /var/www/html/error.log
