Reproduce:
1. Set your own Header Layout labels, ie. :
TCEFORM.tt_content {
header_layout {
altLabels.1 = Title H1||Titel H1|Titolo H1|Titre H1
altLabels.2 = Title H2||Titel H2|Titolo H2|Titre H2
}
}
2. Deselect "Show secondary options"
3. Create a new text element, don't save it!
Now you'll see the default TCEFORM settings within the secondary field Header Layout in the top frame.
4. Save the Record
Now it's ok...
