Install.txt 4.0 Final not up to date (Remote-Install+Testsite-Package)

Description

The Install.txt (Source+Dummy) imho provides 2 wrong Informations:

Line 148: "If you are setting up TYPO3 from anywhere other than on the
server itself (where you can use http://127.0.0.1 as the address), open
/typo3/install/index.php in your text editor and comment out lines 40 & 41
..."

-> line 40+41 is a comment. It´s more likely line 44-46!

Also the Install.txt says on line 26 + 135: "Install the TESTSITE package ...". But there is no Testite package anymore

INSTALL.txt has been completely rewritten in TYPO3 4.3. As far as I can tell the remarks above don't apply anymore. I'll close this bug unless I get feedback to the contrary.
