Description

I have a problem with new installation of typo3. I can't clear the cache and I also can't update a template record while inserting some html in the typoscript. I always get the following error:

Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /site/typo3/tce_db.php could not be found on this server.

Apache/1.3.36 Server at oblivionlost.nl Port 80

However, the "clear all cache" link in the template section DOES work. Any solution to this problem?
