please, take a look at this issue

Did you checkout HEAD or TYPO3_4-0? The new icons have only been committed to TYPO3_4-0.

Haven't specified anything, so default might be used - is that HEAD?
(command that was used: cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@typo3.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/typo3 co TYPO3core)

Now have tried with TYPO3_4-0
(command that was used: cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@typo3.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/typo3 co -r TYPO3_4-0 TYPO3core)

and got the same result - so it doesn't work. Both times (with HEAD and TYPO3_4-0) it did work with old default skin.

Anyway,

1. why you haven't commited to HEAD?
2. next time, please, specify where you have made commit - making further testing possible ;)

Odd, I just now got the new file from the CVS. But I didn't use the anyonymous access - does it matter?

I didn't commoit to HEAD because I wanted to commit all new icons into HEAD in one bunch. Sorry, for not being precise.

Has made checkout today - nothing changed, it still doesn't work.

I do not know if it deals with anyonymous access.

New icons should be seen in 4.0.1rc1.

I could see new icon, but:

1. Icons for copy and move mods are almost the same, so difference (the change) could hardly be noticed (I've noticed the difference from 3rd time!)
I'm not even talking about people with disabilities or at least those who has poor eyesight, even me with good eyesight has real problems distinguishing icons...

2. The title attribute on both images are the same - "Copy items instead of moving them". So even if some can't distinguish change by eyes and want to be sure by checking floating text - he won't be able to do that because text is the same.

Sorry. I'm a programmer not a graphics designer ;-)

As for the title attribute: you are right. I know this but I couldn't figure out if the icons are meant as a switch or as a state. So which message shall be displayed with which icon? I've asked on the appropriate lists but nobody cared :-(

But the title issue is not skin related (simply check any older verssion of TYPO3). Please file a new bug.
