Description

Performing a database integrity check/update reference index I received the following error message:

Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in /path_to_t3/t3lib/class.t3lib_flexformtools.php on line 256

I have no idea what could have caused this error.
typo3 4.0 with TemplaVoila 1.0.1 is used.

Same for me with Typo3 4.1.1 and TemplaVoila 1.3.0
Error is now on line 223 of the same file.
When uninstalling TV, the update of the reference index works fine. After re-installing the error comes up again...

I can't reproduce this with tv 1.3.6 and typo3 4.2.1.

In a T3 4.1.2 with TV 1.3.6 it doesn' t occur. Cannot tell about earlier versions.

Thanks for your feedback. I'm going to close this bug, since it cannot be reproduced with TYPO3 4.1 and 4.2.
