Description
The Install Tool of TYPO3 4.0.1-rc1 wants to change the compatVersion to 4.0.1-rc1 instead of 4.0.
=> compatVersion should change only and only if really there are
compatibility changes. We had them between 3.8.x and 4.0 but there are none between 4.0 and 4.0.1. Going to upgrade wizard presents empty list of updates, which puzzles a bit and makes me thing that something went wrong. (Dmitry)
