EM: Checkboxes need real and good labels (which shoudl be to the right of the checkboxes)

Description
This is a usability issue.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the EM.
2. Select "install extensions".
3. Click on the text "Display shy extensions" or "Show obsolete".
4. Select "Import extensions".
5. Click on the text "Overwrite any existing extensions!"
Actual results:
After 3: Nothing happens. Note that the labels are to the left of their checkboxes.
After 5: Nothing happens. Note that the label has an exclamation mark.
Expected results:
After 3: The text is correctly marked up as a label for the corresponding checkbox so that clicking on the text (= bigger mouse target = easier to hit even on high-resolution displays) selects/deselects the checkbox.
In addition. the labels should be to the right of the corresponding checkboxes.
After 5: The text is correctly marked up as a label for the corresponding checkbox so that clicking on the text selects/deselects the checkbox.
In addition, the label shouldn't have an exclamation mark in it (bad style).
