Description
The extension llxmltranslate uses t3lib_div::array2xml() to create its locallang XML files. It is good style that every text file should have a LF as the last char, but the created locallang files are missing this. This is due to a bug in t3lib_div::array2xml(). A patch is attached.

One extra byte to each field. Not much ever for 10000 recs but is it really needed?

In the NG, there has been no consensus as to whether this really is a good idea. So please close this bug as wontfix.
