Access settings do not work propely

Description
Page has several content elements and sub-pages.
Access for group is described in attach. Under user from proper usergroup i can not delete sub-pages(it is right) but able to delete(or move) content elements.
After clicking on trash can i received error message(in attach), then click "continue" but CE is deleted anyway.
this is wrong. Legend in Access module says that "Delete page: Delete page and content."

It just took me some time and I still do not know exactly where in your description I should find an error:
The checkbox "Edit CE" sets permissions for editing (including deleting) of CEs.
The checkbox "Delete page" sets the permission to delete a whole page. Completely. That means with all CEs on that page.
However: I tested this with current trunk and deleting a CE in the situation you described works correctly.
