Description

I have a domain with an Umlaut (öäü). If a want to move a page via Drag & Drop in the Page tree, it wants to load a page with a cripped domainname ( %f instead of ü)

I have changed my page name and everything to the punnycode domain without any umlaut but didnt help

(issue imported from #M5504)

Does the title of the page stay that way even if you reload the frame?

It does not help to relaod the frame. Nothing works also on the left site menu. I have to switch to the Adress field of the browser an press enter to get a working page again (Firefox 2.0.0.3)

Looks like the AJAX objects in Firefox 2 have some problems with the umlaut domain, at least that's my first impression. Since you tell me that the left menu ("Web", "File", "Docs") is broken too then it seems to me a bigger issue than Drag&Drop.

Could you try the same on the umlaut-domain with the Internet Explorer 6/7 ?

I get also an error page in ie7, but the left menu is still working.

Can't reproduce. Probably fixed by: http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=8591

Is probably fixed as we're using that AJAX interface now :)
