Description

When you use the install tool and you have changed the [fileadminDir] value, the install tool still creates the fileadmin and the fileadmin/_temp_ dir.

This is also with typo3 4.1.2
(issue imported from #M5716)

Hey Frans,

the attached patch solves your issue and also fixes another one within tstemplate to have "fileadmin/" not hardcoded anymore.

Can you recheck if it works for you now? If so, we can send it to the core list and get it in 4.3.1
