Description

Hey,

when viewing deactivated pages, the page adds a "PREVIEW!" text to the bottom of the webpage. Unfortunately, it does not look good on most of the pages.

That's why I added a CSS-ID and also some better CSS styles to always keep the "preview" label at the bottom of the page, to make it consistent on all TYPO3 installations.
